Dental appt

Someday in the mid of the exam. I decided (finally) to do something about my teeth/misaligned jaw. (1 of the reasons I buang, I was thinking about all other stuff than study) T_T

So I called to book an appt at the nicely positioned Jurong Medical Center which was juz 15min walk away. I was lucky some1 dropped a slot (I think), and managed to get it within a month.
Wilson aka rabbit-dunwantobe's sis book the appt with the same doc at AH, but the appt's is 2 months away. (haha, LOSER)

I crawled out of bed today at 8, a day after moi exam (-_-), to see the doc.
Doc look at me, I look at doc. (你看我， 我看你)

Hi?
Doc: Ur problem quite serious, most probably need surgery.
Me: !_!

Ok, it wasnt totally unexpected. Thou I was hoping no need.
Then go X-ray.

The person help me put on a protective suit to shield me for radiation. The weight is about the same as the flex jacket (army bullect proof suit). Then go in scan. Still need me to squat abit. -_-" Cause I too tall, the machine already at max height.
So I stand there shaking steadily from the unnatural postion for 30s.

After that go for photo-shoot. My mouth, teeth, jaw in raw.
Then sit down talk about appt and money matters. Braces 4k, surgery 2k.
NO....

My exams are finally over.
It's an atomic bomb (haven nuclear). Well, leave the worry till the results come out.
Went sch's cafe to have lunch after the last paper.
The service is chui. The attendance face so black. Acting cool ah?

After that, go home. -_-
Started to replay my (actually is KO's) max payne 2.
Yawnzzz.

Cheaters beware

Today got test for kinematics module.
The paper was very hard. Every1 [I assumed, (better be)] was destroyed.

We were prepare to leave when suddenly lecturer declared there was 1 script missing.
Unless that script was hand in, every1 from that column would be penalised.
Stunned? Lol, sounds like army style punishment.
Some1 does something wrong, whole lot gets it.

Some1 suggested maybe lecturer miscounted. However, the lecturer was firm.
My grp (not involved) was allowed to leave, then we saw some1 was talking to him with a empty script.

Well, our best guess was the person saw the hard paper and decided to claim mc instead.
Haiz, too bad for him, his magic failed. Better luck next time...

The up-coming famous gal

If u had read the sunday times u would have notice it. The most outstanding article of the paper. Either the girl is really 'honest' or the reporter twists her words to make the report more exciting.

Either way, she's going to be famous. I'm juz lending an extra hand. Good luck to her.

Tech comm

Tech comm has been a pain in the @$$.
Is like doing a PW in 2.5 months.
I juz did my presentation today.
I burst it, well, at least it's within my expectations.
B4 my turn, I was shakin so badly, that I got tired from it.
1 thing good about it is that, when it's my turn to present. I have no more energy to shake liao.

The comments I got was all negative and I was surprise I didnt get a worse grade.
The presentation to me is like an exam, only I would rather do the exam if given a choice.
Haha, anyway I would like to thx fiz and dennis for their words of encouragement, I really appreciate it : )
Now only the conclusion part of it is left.
But exam is coming up, do I haf the time to even catch up with my current work?

As I'm writting this, there is another car accident near my house. Lucky is a small 1.
Dunno why the road is so accident prone. My 'good friend' say is my aura -_-

Blood

Well, I juz went for my 2nd blood test on Monday.
It was alot better as compared to the first.

During the first visit, when I reach.
I told the nurse I got previous incidents of fainting.
He immediately transferred me to the bed, juz in case.
He took 3 tries and 15s of the 3rd, b4 it's bullseye.
He told me my vein thinner than his needles. (Lousy blame my veins)
I was -_-, I tot only army's medics so bobo...

Luckily monday's session was a great success.
It was done by another nurse with me on the bed again (shy).
Haha, this time she only took 3s on the first try.
Muz be my mojo, that inspired my veins to be garung.
I left the clinic feeling proud and happy...

Haha, this post was posted in conjunction wif NTU blood donation drive.
I am very proud and envious of ppl donating blood.
They say donating blood is 1 of the kindest act possible.
I'm too cowardly to do it and futhermore I'm on medications now, a better excuse.
Although I cant donate mine, I urge those who are brave and healthy to donate theirs to help those in need.

Super(ban)d

I juz watched the final for superband.
As with the many which had commented, I find this batch of contestant to be more chui than first.
Honestly I think the first batch is of such a high standard that, in comparison, we lament on this.

The final was held this time in mediacorp itself, a downgrade from the indoor stadium or expo (I forgot which). This itself is a testimonial of the lower interest in the program or its contestants.

I predicted the 2 finalists of the 4 finalists and the eventual winner of the superband correctly.
The 'tu zi' was not exceptionally good, and is definately not the best grp around.
They won on votes ----> money, not by their display...
My very not-sore dad even say "Your NTU pump $ for them ah?"

I started to like them when they sang 萧潇's 爱要坦荡荡. I really like it.
However their performances after that, fail to reignite that feeling in me.



Other than that most of the invited guests put up a great act.
The 2 ppl 'Beyond' sang, in mandarin of course. They had to look at the lyrics -_-"
Seriously Beyond in my heart is 4 ppl and will always be.
I still get the goosebump when I hear their songs.
