Exam results + EID updates

Results was out last last friday.
Most results was 1 grade below expected.

I was especially sad for 2.
I screwed up the last qn (25 marks) of my maths paper, the subject I was most confident the whole sem. It ends up the lowest.

I expected to S my elective. I got 1 grade lower. ---> U
T_T, really, how could this even happen.....
Wo bu yao...

But on the bright side, I got my first A+.

Overall, I emo for 3 days after I got my results, and an insomia on that day.
My 'good' friends rabbit and evil didnt quite cheer me up with their 'encouraging' words. -_-

And ya, about the EID...
We stayed up to 915pm in sch on thur to rush the biz plan, without dinner. (I didnt even stay in sch this late for my exam)
I was super, duper, very hungry till not hungry, but when see food, eat like 10 days nv eat.

Friday meet prof, he tok cock. (for more info visit alvin's blog)
1 part of the meeting, his idea crash wif the technician's.
Prof say can drill hole, tech say cannot.
Go and test.... NO TIME ALREADY!!!

Next friday will be the exhibition. I believe we are on schedule more or less.
When u visit our booth that day, dun be stun by the handsome-ness + talented acting of the boy in the poster =x

Oh well, friday quick quick come, then I can haf my real holiday. Yay

Post exam + EID ep 1

My dad went back to AH for review, and this time, the pro-er specialist said that there's 2 mini fracture in dad's waist, as compare to the previous, "It's ok, nv break anithing" -_-
There's nothing much the doc can do about it, and only advise dad to take more calcium.

Now back to post exam.
The monday after exam need to go sch at 8am for EID orientation which was a complete waste of time. They show us past yrs ideas and introduce us to some main personnels. 1h and it's over.
I believe most ppl especially those living like 1h away from sch is cursing (@#$%)^151854125 times more than me.
Alvin was smart to siam the useless orientation.

After that, I, KO and neh neh decided to go singing.
We tried in vain to summon more interested parties for the conquest but failed.
And there we 3 valiant heroes went out to conquer the clementi kbox room 35.
We sing and sing and sing. LOL, really no time to rest.
But it wasnt enouf. The mangement now like play punk, max is can sing till 7, but 540 chasing us out when there dun seems to be a big demand for the rooms. BOOO!

Then we met our profs, the sharingan user and prof suntec. Whr we got shot dip dip.

So we think and rethink to come up wif new ideas.

And on last monday, (the makeup vesak sch holiday), we went to did some prototypes wif cardboard. Was abit like art and craft, which wasnt my speciality (Well, do i even haf something like that?)

After all is done, neh neh, alvin, ss and me went to watch startrek.
I love it. (insert M1 adverstisement song here)
Haha, it was exciting.

From tue to friday we got CAD lesson in morning and some lectures in afternoon.
I miss first lesson of CAD due to dental appt. (PLZ DONATE)
And the afternoon lectures are not really impt.
Because of my absence, I need to rush to catch back for the loss time. I greatly appreciated the
technician's help. Overall this is a fun experience. (thou straining on the eyes; again plz donate, I need to change specs soon)

And on thur afternoon, we had a speaker who spoke at a rate of 38 words per min. Haha, we bthed and perform Ninjutsu and teleport to SRC to play bball.
As always ur sincerely played like a pro doing unbelievable shots which NBA would be ashamed of. My stamina was at a peak because my knee was doing so well, that I could run very fast and untiring.
(Take the above with a large amount of salt)

And finally ytd (Sat) I met up wif neh neh to try to solve some practical calculations of our prototypes. (Wats worse than hafing to see someone 5 days a week =x)
We think and think but end up like a meaningless attempt to solve something which is beyond us.

After exam

Yay, exams over.
I lost weight T_T
Pre-exam was 61, after exam was 59.5.
Now abit closer to 60. ROAR, i wan my weight back!!!

Ok, since exam over, i dled 2 mmorpg to play. Fiesta and Atlantica.
Fiesta is more cartoonish and the usual mmorpg. Atlantica is more turn based like Heroes 12345 pattern. I playing fiesta more often. Any1 wan to join me?
Or wan to intro a nicer 'free' mmorpg?

Now need to go back school for stupid EID. (action of JJ plucking out his hair)
Then end of June got 2 weeks of ICT.
Therefore this holiday not likely to work at all = no money.
I have set up a separate fund (other than the previous one for braces + acne, which is still valid)

In the mid of exam

I juz found out my exam starts on the first and ends on the last day of WHOLE NTU exams.

No wonder it seems like infinite long for the end to come. T_T
Juz coming here to complain about probably my worst paper tmr.

For this weekend, everytime I try to read the notes, I get a headache suddenly.
Deep inside my brain, it's resisting any info on it, and refuse to absorb.

Exam again

So soon and it's exam again.
But I seem to forgot most things that are taught b4 the term break already -_-
My 'harddisk storage' are dimishing at a exponentially rate.
Thus new info are contantly overwriting the older ones. T_T

I have implement a strict timetable on myself this sem.
Thou I haf sticked to it closely, I cant seem to cram enouf things inside.
My mind like to wander off to some paradise, whr 'he' can relax jack.
Thus I tend to stare into blank space.

To make things worse, my dad like to arrow me for every single thing.
Thou my sis is like 453608972314168 times freer.
I think I'm by default the sai kang warrior of the house -_-"
Lucky my sis got some conscience and would share some of the arrows from me.

Anyway, today is my dad's bday. We went Jacky's Place (Jack's Place) for dinner juz now to celebrate for him. My dad asked his fren along. So I had to participate in the 'hu can pay the bill first (wif out the other party discovering)' tactical game. Challenging for the mind ;_;
Haha, I won of course, with my innocent look and natural acting. Tada...

A Cyclist Misadventure

Last sunday monday, I was awoke by a telephone call from my uncle.
He say my dad had an accident while cycling.
!_! shocking news for the dizzyhead guy.

Dad's fren drove him home. He was scratched and cut in many areas.
Was quite relieved that it was juz external injuries.
Dad said he fell suddenly on a straight road, without any warning.

But dad hurt his back, and decided to visit the hospital anyway to cfm there was no major dmg.
So I spend the next 5h at the hospital tgt with my sis at Alex. Hospital.
Brought my circuits notes along to burn time. (Me is good student)

We came home, and aunt came to visit. (We was supposed to sweep tomb tgt on that morning)

Till now, dad's back is till bothering him alot and he feels weak in 1 leg, he got a MC of 15 days. His heart is also broken by the dmg to his beloved helmet and shades.

On this April's fool day, I wish u a speedy recovery. (No pun intended)
(and dun wake me up 2h before my class starts)

Overwhelmed

Last friday, was the released of A lvl results.
My sis had encountered some difficulty in the process of her exams, and was paranoid of her results. Thus I went down to her school to give her some support (if needed).

In school, the mermories of when myself 5 yrs ago, all swarmed me. The faces of the students, the botak heads, a all too familiar scene. I park myself outside of the hall, listening to the usual preceding announcement.

Then, the annoucement of the top students, I looked at the screen with much hope, but knowing the chance is slim. Finally, announcement over.
"Good luck, u all can get ur results from ur civil tutor now."

With that, I step into the hall as if I'm collecting mine. I can feel my heartbeat increase rapidly with every step I took. "What if... what if..."

When I saw my sis, she crying. Crying for joy. She did well, despite her continuous claim that she will fail and need to repeat. That moment, I was overwhelmed with emotions and my lips were shaking. I couldnt say anything, 1 word and I may break my dam of tears. I'm so relieved and proud of her. All her hard worked paid off eventually.

Congrats sis. And thanks for making me look bad with ur anyhow do also do alot better than me results. Haha, for now relax and enjoy the fruits of ur hard work.
